Drumbi Live app for iPhone and iPad

Drumbi Agent for iPhone allows agents to answer Drumbi calls via their iPhone when away from their desktop/laptop computer. The mobile app offers the same functionality as the web application. The Drumbi Agent for iPhone is intended for organizations that want to always be available to their customers, regardless of an agent’s location.

Drumbi for iPhone provides the following capabilities:

• View available call details such as caller name, reason for call, location of caller, and much more
• View, answer, or reject incoming calls
• Live list of all call activity
• Search
• View, add and update notes to calls
• Push notifications on incoming calls, along with an audible notification
